Claudia's expertise is in the development of successful brand strategies. She has more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning and market research across industries and countries for flagship brands.

She was VP of Strategic Planning for Foote, Cone & Belding, Regional VP of Strategic Planning for Leo Burnett and Strategic Planning Director for Wunderman Thompson.

Arriving in Canada 16 years ago after collaborating with local and global corporations, she opened her own consultancy in 2016 to support local, national and global enterprises with their branding and sustainability needs. 

Claudia was the first Mexican woman to speak at the Cannes Lions Advertising Festival, and was recognized as one of Mexico’s ‘40 under 40’ in 2007. She was a member of the global strategic counsel for Procter & Gamble for more than 5 years, and has won several international awards in creativity and strategy. 

Claudia has extensive experience in sustainability communications, ESG and circular economy applied to strategic work.

Two decades of consulting at the intersection of creativity and science have garnered her a brand portfolio across Australia, Canada, the UK, and the USA in environmental sustainability, technology, education, healthcare, education, and government. As a self-professed research geek, Jennifer uses critical insights to create impactful and meaningful stories that speak to and engage the end-user. Leading with genuine curiosity, empathy, and like-minded values: her process is rooted in digital innovation and behaviour change theory to help her clients realize their core target audience and design meaningful ways to reach and inspire action.

Rebecca Zahn is a senior marketing and trade specialist passionate about making a positive impact. She’s dedicated her career to driving success and building relationships in diverse industries, including healthcare, recreational and medical cannabis, arts non-profits, and environmentally sustainable tourism. Her work reflects a passion for local while embracing global trends and awakening social movements through a research and trends-driven approach.

Andy’s a seasoned business owner who allows his fondness for the great outdoors to influence his professional pursuits. He’s worked all over the world in green building, sustainable development and regenerative businesses, including clean technologies. More recently he’s part of the senior team at Radicle Environmental Solutions supporting businesses to transform strategies by reducing impact and, a mentor at the Canadian Destruction Lab, Foresight and COAST.

Co-owner and CEO of Rocky Mountain Soap Co. Karina spends her time directing Rocky’s strategy, product development and brand. Rocky Mountain Soap has been included in the Profit 100 and Alberta Ventures ‘Fastest Growing Companies.’ Karina has been honored as an AWE ‘Celebration of Achievement’ recipient, female entrepreneur on the ‘W100’ list. She is a current member and past board member of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) Calgary. She has also completed the Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program.
